Mayor Garcetti launched the temporary L.A. Al Fresco program in Los Angeles to allow outdoor dining to support economically distressed eateries in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and stay-at-home orders. Al Fresco program and finds solutions to increase program participation in these communities.
