We’re Hiring!

The Lewis Center seeks a full-time communications manager to build and strengthen our brand, broadcast our research and educational programs, and supervise a large portfolio of websites, videos, e-newsletters, and other content. The communications manager also serves as the managing editor for Transfers Magazine, a biannual online transportation publication.

The communications manager leads a team of graduate and undergraduate students to produce and promote research publications and briefs, create visual and marketing content for events, pitch stories to and respond to requests from the media, and much more.

The position is shared with our partners at the UCLA Institute of Transportation Studies. Candidates with an interest in or professional experience with social justice issues, particularly related to housing and equity, are encouraged to apply.
